Olof Rågmark

Olof Rågmark is the founding partner of Rågmark & Partners. He has more than 35 years' experience in arbitration and litigation at leading Swedish and international law firms, including White & Case.

He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in a large number of complex, high-value arbitrations, often involving significant cross-border elements.

Olof has particular experience in disputes across sectors including insurance and reinsurance, construction, energy, telecommunications, shipping and transport, and industrials. His experience includes disputes relating to turnkey and construction projects, international sourcing arrangements, long-term supply agreements in raw materials markets, joint ventures, M&A transactions and shareholder matters, as well as price revision and indexation disputes in the European gas and energy sector.

Olof's experience as arbitrator includes appointments as presiding, co‑ and sole arbitrator in numerous ad hoc, SCC and other institutional proceedings in disputes across the construction, energy, general commercial (including post-M&A), heavy industry (including nuclear), insurance, marine, sale of goods, shipbuilding, space, telecommunications, and transportation and logistics sectors, frequently involving international parties.
